“ The appetizer plate (Greek spreads) was good but not great. My fig salad on the other hand was a great mix of flavors. My husband’s moules frites was a non standard style with coconut curry flavor he said was very good, but the fries were just ok, but we both prefer extra crispy so this may be great for most. We both had cocktails that were very nice. The ambience is very romantic and I really liked the decor. Service was excellent. ”
“ Really enjoyed our meal at the Wild Fig. I ordered the Fish in a Bag, which was salmon with zucchini and tomatoes. Absolutely delicious. The wait staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Gorgeous, intimate restaurant and a great choice for fine dining in Aspen. ”
“ Cozy little restaurant. You must first reserve a table. I was here in the evening, there were no free tables, all the places were occupied. Delicious Italian food and friendly staff. Be sure to try the signature dishes, these recipes have not changed for many years. I also liked the serving of bread, fresh warm, wrapped in a towel. ”
“ I almost canceled my reservation at The Wild Fig due to a few recent negative reviews, but I’m glad I didn’t. This place was outstanding in every way. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with charming architecture and perfect lighting that set the tone for a cozy yet elegant dining experience. The service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, friendly, and professional. And the food? Incredible! Every dish we tried was a standout. The French onion soup was rich and flavorful, the fig salad was fresh and perfectly balanced, the lamb shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. ”
“ We had the whole fish (Sea Bass) & filet mignon with an added wild fig salad. Everything was excellent. Their Vanilla Chease cake with peach sauce was very good. ”
“ Had an amazing time here. My wife and I came for some cocktails and a snack. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service was attentive and engaging. The drinks and steak tartar were fantastic. Lastly the atmosphere was perfect. They were busy but still maintained a great ambience and it wasn’t loud somehow either. If you are in the area make a stop by here and enjoy! ”
“ A must-visit while in Aspen. Incredible cuisine and service. Fun menu! ”
“ The restaurant itself is beautiful, elegant yet still cozy. We ordered the onion soup, fig salad, lamb shanks and fettuccini, and all of it was delicious. The portion sizes were bigger than I expected so I was happy that I decided to share a main with my husband. We will be adding this restaurant to our Aspen rotation. ”
